Supporting the Operations Manager, you will deliver technical maintenance and assist in achieving client and commercial outcomes and initiatives.
Facilities management delivery includes:
- Building Fabric and Structure
- Electrical, Mechanical, Plant and Equipment
- Hydraulic and Fire Services
- Building and Grounds Maintenance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate facilities management queries
- Manage cost expenditure for operations in allocated sites for both scheduled and reactive maintenance works
- Monitor daily work delivery and asset management activities
- Escalate service deficiencies to the Contract/Operations Manager
- Induct, monitor and control of subcontractors
- Conduct audits for quality and compliance of works
- Undertake quality/property inspection audits while at sites and feedback
- Review and approve quotes, invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, Environment, and Risk Management policies
- Manage contractor performance and client escalations
- Assist in developing and maintaining property Maintenance Plans
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in an Administration or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to obtain and hold AGSVA
- Police Clearance
- Drivers License
