• FIFO Civil supervisor opportunity
• 2:1 roster from Perth
• Crew of 15-20 personnel

RC Construction WA Pty Ltd is a growing, family run civil contracting company servicing the civil infrastructure, Defence, water, mining and resources sectors, with a strong focus on work life balance and a range of ongoing projects across Western Australia.

In this role you will be assist with project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team.

Duties

• Set up sites and completions
• Schedule and Coordinate daily site works
• Lead a safe operational culture Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager and senior project engineers to ensure projects run to schedule
• Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
• Assist with the development and review of the Project weekly lookaheads
• Engage and provide detailed reporting through to the project management team
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans
• Adhere to KPI’s both internally and from our valued clients

ABOUT YOU

• S26 course preferred 
• 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role
• Experience in detailed earth works, concrete and formwork
• You can read, interpret & following drawings
• Computer literacy skills using MS packages including excel
• Ability to supervise a multi-disciplined workforce
• Strong client focus
• Have a high safety focus
• Ability to work within strict deadlines
• Drivers Licence
