Working with our growing Northern Territory division you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive commercial reviews of Head contracts and Agreements
- Negotiate contract departures for Head Contract and Subcontract agreements
- Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
- Liaise with internal DDR team and external stakeholders
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
- Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
- Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
- Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
- Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
ABOUT YOU
- An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
- Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contract agreements and able to negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management)
- Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
- Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
